Welcome to the Remix Hotel NYC!
This is the second in a series of Remix Hotel technology events. Here in NYC we continue to put groundbreaking audio technology into the hands of those creating the music. The Remix Hotel offers exposure to and training on the hottest products available on the urban music production and performance market while providing a cool vibe for taking it all in.

Join us for three evenings of technology master classes, workshops, seminars and clinics on music production and performance targeting electronic and urban music producers, engineers, musicians and DJs. Hosted from 4-9 pm each evening at the new NYC site of the SAE Institute of Technology, there is no cost to attend the Remix Hotel. Each evening Sirius radio, Edirol and Remix will host a VIP cocktail reception and DJ event in the Remix Lounge at SAE Technology Institute.

PLATINUP PRODUCER'S PANEL II
SAE Institute of Technology is the gracious host of the Remix Hotel event in NYC. Remix is excited to be part of the opening of this new state-of-the-art recording education facility and to support SAE Institute of Technology's exciting Platinum Producers’ Panel II kickoff event that will be streamed during Remix Hotel events and features renowned producers including Trina Shoemaker (Sheryl Crow, Emmylou Harris, Queens of the Stone Age), Mauricio “Veto” Irragori (Mary J. Blige, Eminem, 50 Cent, Good Charlotte) and Don Was (B-52’s, Marianne Faithful, The Black Crows, B. B. King). Check out these experts as they tackle topics like the rise of popularity and embracing of technology in hip-hop-recording.

On site you will receive the first Remix Hotel NYC Guide, created to help you put into action the techniques you picked up while here. Inside is complete sponsor contact information, a glossary of tech terms, a schematic on setting up your studio chain, and excerpts of Remix’s wildly popular “Building Your Own Studio” feature from the May 2003 issue.
